DMCA Policy for InfopulseAI.in

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification containing the following:

- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your region and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 14 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
InfopulseAI.in has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. Users found repeatedly violating copyrights may be banned from accessing or contributing to the site.
4. Good Faith Compliance
We act on all valid DMCA notices in good faith, and we request that all claims be filed responsibly. False claims may result in legal liability.
